You won’t be dropped into a class. You’ll be met where you are.

At Findlay Movement, your journey begins with a conversation — and unfolds through a structured, personalized process with the same coach guiding you every step of the way.

Step 1: Book Your Starting Point

We begin with a no-pressure conversation to understand where you are and where you want to go. It’s our way of making sure we’re the right fit — and that your goals are heard.

📍 45–60 minute in-person consultation
💬 Ask questions, share your background, and learn how we work

Two people, a man and a woman, are stretching in a gym. The man with a shaved head and glasses is sitting on the floor with one leg extended and the other bent, using his arm to support himself. The woman with red hair in a ponytail is kneeling beside him, assisting with his stretch. There is gym equipment and a person stretching in the background.

Step 2: Starting Point Assessment

We complete three 1:1 sessions as part of your Starting Point Assessment. Over these three sessions, we assess — we don’t guess. Everyone is different. We take time to understand how you move, what your body needs, and what’s realistic for your life. These sessions are a full-body, full-life intake — designed to gather insight, not overwhelm you.

You’ll meet 1:1 with your coach to:

  • Review your health history, lifestyle, and goals

  • Assess foundational movement patterns

  • Identify key areas of opportunity and need

  • Leave with a personalized training and health strategy

📍 Location: Private coaching facility
⏱️ Duration: 60 minutes
🧠 Outcome: Customized path forward, led by your coach

The man is supporting himself on his hands and toes with his body extended horizontally. Gym equipment and large windows are visible in the background.

Step 3: Foundations Coaching (1:1)

This is the deep work — the real beginning. Your coach will lead you through weekly 1:1 sessions, focused on:

  • Restoring movement quality and strength

  • Building structure and recovery into your routine

  • Layering in habits for sleep, nutrition, stress management

Most clients stay in Foundations for 6–12 weeks before moving forward. You stay with the same coach the entire time

Step 4: Group Coaching Integration

When you and your coach agree you’re ready, you’ll integrate into our coach-led, small-group sessions — but nothing gets watered down. These sessions are an extension of the work you began in 1:1 coaching, not a generic group class.

Your individual plan continues seamlessly within a community environment that:

  • Delivers focused, form-driven coaching

  • Provides a consistent structure for your progress

  • Offers built-in accountability, camaraderie, and energy

Your same coach remains by your side — checking in weekly, adjusting your program, and guiding your next level of growth. This is where your foundation becomes a lifestyle.

The man wears a navy long-sleeved shirt and gray shorts, while the woman wears a black long-sleeved shirt and patterned leggings. Behind them are stacked black plyometric boxes and a white brick wall, with gym equipment visible in the background.

Step 5: Long-Term Health (Group + 1:1)

The people who thrive here don’t stop — they evolve. Most of our clients stay with us for years, combining:

  • Group training for consistency and energy

  • Ongoing 1:1 coaching for personal recalibration, strategy, and depth

We track outcomes that matter:

  • Energy and emotional resilience

  • Hormonal balance and recovery

  • Strength, stamina, and capacity

  • Nervous system regulation

  • Daily habits that last
